NFCS Dandys Velvet Shadow
AMHA and AMHR registered, 29"
This
is a direct daughter of the legendary Rhotens Little Dandy. He is known
for his incredible movement and passed this quality onto his sons and
daughters. Then his grandsons went on to produce more champion driving
horses. His daughters have done well in the driving competitions,
liberty competitions and halter arena, but I have been told that the
daughters are difficult to get babies out of.
Our wish is to have Velvet produce one more baby. We are leaning towards breeding her to our Desert Shadows Moon Warrior due to his incredible movement and to see if the two of them can produce a nice driving horse. Due to her past difficulties as a brood mare, these 2 will probably be stalled together so they can pasture breed.
